MEGHAN HUNTER
E-RYT 500 /YACEP/ ADVANCED Relax & Renew Certifications
Foundational to Meghan’s teaching, is her deeply held belief that yoga offers invaluable tools to help us train the art of compassionate self inquiry, self regulation and ultimately, liberation.
Meghan draws on modern science, ancient wisdom and her love of movement to create programming designed to meet the needs of her students.
Generally speaking, Vinyasa classes are breath centered, sequencing is anatomically informed and designed to cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility in the body.
Restorative classes are quiet, dark, still and well supported.
Meghan’s teaching has been shaped by many, but is most directly influenced by her primary teachers, Jason Crandell and Judith Hanson Lasater.
WILLA DEVOTI WORSFOLD
E-RYT 500
Willa DeVoti Worsfold is a yoga and meditation teacher with more than 25 years of experience teaching, mentoring, and training yoga teachers. A teacher’s teacher, she creates and leads 30-, 200-, and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, sharing a thoughtful, grounded approach that blends intentional asana, mindful alignment, meditation for real life, accessible philosophy, and a healthy dose of curiosity.
Born in New York City, raised in the Berkshires, shaped by years in Chicago, Boston, and now Midcoast Maine, Willa has always been a curious, active soul with a healthy resistance to sitting still. Her Vinyasa and Yin classes are challenging but accessible, intelligent but playful, often accompanied by carefully curated playlists, approachable poetry, and her signature guided Savasanas. She continues to study, teach, practice, travel, learn NEW sports and explore, believing that yoga is ultimately about finding a little more strength, softness, space, and joy in being human, at every age.
Lisa Millette
Lisa first began her practice in college through friends and studios in Western Mass. It was then and still a compass for Lisa -- providing a place to go especially during times of uncertainty.
In 2011, she received her foundation of teaching with Central Mass Yoga and Wellness. Wanting to delve more into the philosophy and social justice pieces, Lisa went back into her studies in 2023 with Ignite Institute for Yogic Leadership and Social Change. (But do our studies of yoga every really end!?)
For her, class is a balance of physical posture (asana) and exploration of at least one other aspect of yoga (philosophy, meditation, energetic work, etc.). So if you step onto your mat with Lisa, you can expect to be moving as well as checking in with the brain, heart, gut, and more. And always, you can expect to be welcomed 100% as you are.
